All of sausages are made using 100% Organic pork mince, a little bread rusk to bind things together, natural hog casings and our own blend of local herbs and spices to create a firm tasty sausage with absolutely no added preservatives or flavours. All weights are approximate but we try to get it as close as we can! Our organic pigs are slow grown outdoors all their lives in the most natural way possible. Any surplus milk from the dairy is added to their diet to produce delicious, succulent, tender pork.
