Honey is light coloured.
Its early spring flowers so as it has a lot of flowering Brassica and Rapeseed it is quite light and needs to be soft set so it doesn't harden. It is mainly from orchard bees, they are really productive, the top Bees are a lot of new Queens but I hope they will start to produce later in Summer.
