Essential organic Herbs and Spices contain no colourings, flavourings, preservatives or additives of any kind. - Coming from the Sweet Bay Tree, a relative of the Laurel. Tough and leathery, and used sparingly, they need a long cooking time to fully release their strong flavour. Remove before serving.
