Hydrating and sweet, melons come in many shapes and sizes from the large watermelon to the more petite galia. Belonging to the cucurbitaceae family (which also includes pumpkins, gourds and cucumbers) they are fantastic in fruit salads and go well with cured salted meats such as prosciutto. Country: Spain
