After discovering organic farming in Iceland, Erin came to Shillingford Organics in 2017 as a trainee. After thoroughly enjoying the practical side of farming, Erin went on to study Food Security and Sustainable Agriculture at the University of Exeter. Erin now works with Martyn with the field-scale crops while also helping to run a Producers Co-op and small market garden in East Devon.

The fruit and vegetables are all absolutely delicious and of such high quality; the variety is brilliant and the delivery totally reliable. I am so grateful and thank you all every day!
