Beth joined Shillingford in March 2021 after moving from Glasgow where she was working as one of the head growers of Left Field Market Garden at Locavore CIC, for 3 years. She studied at Ridgedale farm in Sweden in 2016 focusing on farm scale permaculture & regenerative agriculture and has worked in various different aspects of food production - from planting urban orchards, to wheat cultivation, milling and baking, bee-keeping, butchery, and cheese-making.
