50g pumpkin seeds
a large handful of greens and herbs. We used a mixture of carrot tops, green garlic tops and a little chard. You can add mint, parsley or lovage too if you like. Carrot tops only can be a bit too carrot-toppy!
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
4 tbsp olive oil
garlic to taste (you can add the white part of your garlic if you like a garlicky pesto)
