Ingredients: Savoy napa cabbage, kale, carrots, spring and /or red onions, ginger, garlic, rice vinegar, gochugaru ( Korean chilli powder ), toasted sesame oil, toasted sesame seeds, sea salt, jaggery or muscovado sugar, spring water.
Keep cool to avoid further fermenration. After opening, eat within three weeks.
