Supperlicious

Ingredients: 
Black Kale
Purple Sprouting Broccoli
Cauliflower
Mushrooms
Turmeric (dry or fresh)
Eggs
Potatoes
Olive oil
Seasoning
Method: 

Quantities are dependant on the number you are catering for:

  1. Boil some potatoes until soft but not overcooked
  2. Cut some cauliflower florets in half and sprinkle with turmeric
  3. Stir-fry the kale, mushrooms, broccoli and cauliflower in a little olive oil
  4. When ready to serve fry the egg in a little olive oil and sprinkle wth turmeric
  5. Season and enjoy
