Avocado on Rude Health Buckwheat & Chia Crackers

Ingredients: 
1 Avocado peeled and mashed
Squeeze of fresh lemon
Drizzle of olive oil
Splash of white wine or white balsamic vinegar
Seasoning
Crackers
Method: 

Simply peel and mash the avocado and add the other ingredients, mix well and load on to the crackers. I find the Rude Health Buckwheat and Chia Crackers give it a lovely nutty taste and crunchy texture whilst the dreamy, soft avocado mix tops the crackers off perfectly. All ingredients available from the shop, You may wish to add garlic too but when you are hungry and need a quick food fix this is very simple to prepare..
