Now is the time to stick together and keep each other fit and warm. This year, we will all learn from each other and share our wonderful habits, and healthy tips to help each other make it through the Winter months.
Everyone in the local community; adults and children are invited to join us Sunday the 11th November on a day for the community to celebrate its knowledge of local, super food, health and well being. On the day we will learn about fermentation, Winter crops, and how to plant garlic.
Please bring your Winter Nourishment habits to share, be it mindfulness, medicinal tea recipes to fight off colds and flus, or even your top warming, Winter meal repretoir to share.
As well as a community learning circle on the day, there will also be:
Workshops on fermentation and healthy gut.
A healthy, organic and freshly made lunch to share ( £3/adult, £2/child to cover costs)
Yoga for children and their adults (bring your own mats)
Garlic planting with Shillingford Organics growr Chloe in the afternoon

There are small charges for lunch and refreshments on the day to cover costs. Fresh vegetables will be available for sale on the day for whole sale price, please bring the right cash.
Please consider cycling, or car sharing, otherwise limited parking is available on site, look out for our ushering volunteers upon arrival to direct you to the right place.
